About Sterling Property Management, Inc.

Sterling Property Management, Inc. established in 1989, provides property management for apartment complexes, individual owners of residential homes, commercial office and retail buildings as well as storage facilities. The President of Sterling Property Management, Inc. is an experienced real estate broker and has been a member of the Association of Realtors since 1986.

In addition to property management, we are a full service Residential & Commercial Real Estate brokerage. We have licensed agents to represent buyers, sellers and investors in real estate transactions spanning all price ranges and property types. We currently manage properties and have agents that have the knowledge to work with clients in Cumberland, Dauphin, Franklin, Perry and York County. Our office staff is available Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. by appointment and our maintenance staff is on call and available for 24-hour emergency maintenance service.
