- CREDIT SCORE MUST BE A MINIMUM OF 640
- INCOME MUST BE AT LEAST 3 TIMES THE MONTHLY RENT
- EMPLOYMENT VERIFICATION FROM EMPLOYER & PREVIOUS EMPLOYER (IF APPLICABLE) – Provide last (4) pay stubs when submitting application for proof of income.
